Owner / Managing Director
Mary is a self-motivated entrepreneur who, prior to acquiring Broad Waverly Staffing, dedicated her 25 plus year career to initiating, analyzing, designing, and guiding the change in people, processes, and technology. Along with her extensive background in the technology services industry, Mary brings entrepreneurship, management, and consulting skills with her. Her vision is to provide strategic, high-quality staffing solutions with a personal and customized point of view.
Mary has a passion for helping women and youth create opportunities that further enrich their professional and personal lives. Her leadership role at Broad Waverly is a reflection of this passion.
When she is not working, Mary enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is a sports enthusiast who combines her love of tennis with travel and shares those interests with her family.
Melissa Kirsh, CTS
Office Manger / Senior Staffing Specialist
Melissa is a longtime resident of Monmouth County and joined the Broad Waverly team in 2002, shortly after graduating from The College of New Jersey. Melissa began her career as a Staffing Specialist, with the role of facilitating the hiring process for both clients and candidates.
After receiving her CTS (Certified Temporary Staffing) certification in 2005, Melissa was promoted to Staffing Manager and began an additional focus on training, operations, and client retention.
During her 15+ year tenure in the staffing industry, Melissa has found positions for over 2,500 employees, entry level to senior executive, through comprehensive recruiting, interview preparation, and salary negotiation.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys traveling, skiing, surfing, reading, and running.
Isabel Litzy Santana
Senior Staffing Specialist
Isabel joined Broad Waverly in 2003 following a career in the hospitality industry. Due to her ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, Isabel quickly developed a specialization in the light industrial and technical field. During her 14+ years with Broad Waverly, Isabel has built a large network and placed more than 10,000 employees through attending job fairs, hosting in-office and group interviews, and open house events.
Isabel is passionate about her career. She loves people and enjoys the satisfaction of placing candidates while at the same time helping clients meet their hiring needs. She is a results-oriented individual with vast experience in screening and identifying qualified applicants for a range of different positions. Isabel has proudly helped and placed thousands of people find their successful career.
Isabel is fluent in both English and Spanish and takes pride in providing Broad Waverly and Broad Waverly’s clients with the translation of documents, policy and procedure handbooks, memos, informational brochures, training manuals, and portfolios.
When she is not working, Isabel enjoys spending time with her family along with volunteering in her community. She loves the beauty of each season and shares that with her family at the beach, in the mountains and on the ski slopes. New York, travel and dancing are also at the top of her well balanced life.
Client Service Specialist
Lucia joined Broad Waverly in 2015. Since graduating from Rutgers University with a Communications and Latin American History degree, Lucia has sought to fulfill her desire to be of service to others. Since then, she has amassed a 12 year career as an Administrative Assistant in fields ranging from publishing to education and talent acquisition.
Since coming to Broad Waverly three years ago, Lucia plays an integral part in assisting her office teammates by scheduling appointments, conducting candidate employment verifications, maintaining the company’s employee/client database, and conducting phone solicitations in an effort to maintain and retain new clients. In addition to being the agency’s primary point of contact, Lucia also uses her bilingual skills to assist the Latin American community communicate their employment needs.
In her free time, if she’s not watching football, Lucia loves to keep up with current events via Twitter and multiple news outlets.
Michelle joined Broad Waverly in 2017 as the Payroll Manager. In her role, Michelle handles all facets of HR responsibilities, record keeping and directing the production and issuance of payroll checks. She is a detailed oriented person who loves being a resource to those on the job market.
Prior to joining Broad Waverly Staffing, Michelle held various positions within the banking, food, and farming industries. When not at work, she is attending college. It is Michelle’s dream to combine her passion for people and business processes with a career in graphic design.
Away from work, Michelle is a master scuba diver who loves to travel. She enjoys art, fashion, and volunteering in animal rescue.
Market Research Assoicate
Christine joined Broad Waverly in 2016 as a Marketing Assistant and was quickly promoted to Market Research Associate.
In her current role, Christine is responsible for the development and expansion of Broad Waverly’s client solicitation database. Through meticulous research, Christine prospects New Jersey companies to determine partnership potential, establish hiring authorities, and amass applicable contact information. Christine then taps into her creative side to format content and graphics for introductory emails, service brochures, and target marketing pieces.
In between marketing campaigns, Christine provides recruiting, administrative, and customer service support for the Broad Waverly team.
During her free time, Christine enjoys visiting the local towns and restaurants along the Jersey shore.
